Wie baut man eine raumbazogene Installation auf, wenn man selbst nicht vor Ort sein kann? Wie beschreibt man den Aufbau der eigenen Arbeit für Andere so, dass das Resultat der eigenen Vorstellung entspricht? Und wie bettet man all dies in ein Konzept ein?
– Ein Brief mit einer allgemeinen Anweisung und zwei nummerierten Briefen darin. Erster Brief: Die Aufbauanleitung beschrieben bis ins kleinste Detail; Zweiter Brief: Digital erstellte Bilder des von mir geplanten Aufbaus. Helfende Hände und Köpfe der Personen vor Ort.
// How do you construct a space related installation if you are not able to be on site? How do you describe the construction of your own work to others, so that the outcome corresponds to your imagination? And how do you imbed all these things into a concept?
– An envelope containing a letter with general instructions and two more numbered envelopes. First envelope: The instruction of how to construct my work in every single detail; second envelope: Digitally generated pictures of the installation how I imagined it to become. Helping hands and thoughts of the people on site.
